Enrollment and access

Enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access to the purchased course, including all lessons, templates and future minor updates to that course. Access begins immediately after checkout completes.

Certificates

Certificates are issued when you pass the course’s practical assessment. They verify completion — they do not constitute accreditation, employment guarantees or professional licensure.

Refunds

If a course is not what you expected, contact us within 14 days of enrollment and before completing more than 25% of its lessons, and we will make it right — including a refund where appropriate.

Acceptable use

Course materials are for your own learning. Please don’t redistribute, resell or publish them. Accounts found sharing access may be suspended, and we’ll always talk to you first.
